Haylee found a box and decided it looked perfect to sit in..so she emptied some of it and crawled on in! She sat there singing/dancing while she sucked on a tape.
Rylee's nickname is JB because she sleeps like a jellybean! She always curls up like that! Her neck is way strong but she loves to arch her back and sleep that way! Weird haha
Daddy, Haylee and Rylee have a snowman...yes we had a random snowfall a few days ago...you can see there is no snow in the background on the ground or even anymore on the deck...it was gone that fast lol.
Haylee loves books these days! She brings them over to me so we can go through, she likes to sing in church with the music and is learning animal sounds! She can do a bear/lion sound and is working on her dog sound! Whenever we walk by the windows in our house she points outside and says du.... we think this means dog. Sometimes it isn't so obvious if it is dog or outside but she loves both! She was quite funny with Richard and Katie's dog Baxter when we were at their house! Baxter is much smaller than Ariel, our dog, and so she was fine and loved being on the ground with him. Ariel isn't trained enough yet and gets excited with people. Haylee is just fine with her as long as she is in your arms! She doesn't even mind being randomly licked lol...usually her feet, by the dog!
Haylee will be 1 year on the 25th and Rylee is 5 weeks old tomorrow! Haylee still has no teeth! She has the cutest toothless smile! We think she is teething now...but not so sure since she hasn't done it before..don't know what to look for....and the one that looks like it might be coming in is on top, which is weird one to get first. So who knows! We will see! She just got over her first ear infection, not so fun...but so far seems to be doing better! Hopefully she doesn't take after me with medication problems!
It is mother's day....HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!!!...and strange to think that I wasn't a mother last year on mothers day but this year I have two children....who are not twins! ha! Let me just say I am VERY glad to not be pregnant anymore!!!
Christopher is out of school now and getting ready to apply to grad school to become a physical therapist. We are both glad (him probably more than me)to not have him driving an hour or so TO and then again FROM school everyday...it will definately be a money saver to not be doing that anymore!

okay... love, love, LOVE the pigtails on Hayls, and that is so funny that Rylee sleeps that way! lol. And congrats to Chris for being done with school! yay! good luck on the GRE!
I love the updates. The girls are so cute! I hope we get to meet them this summer! Love you guys tons!
okay i love the box picture. don't you love how trash is their favorite toy? nice and cheap. while the stuff you spend the money on isn't nearly as cool as what it came in!
